Patrick Tyl was born in Michigan on March 29, 1975 and passed away on July 14, 2024
at the age of 49 after a brief fight with a rare illness.
He is preceded in death by his step-father, William "Bill" Allie.
He is survived by his wife Lynn Tyl (Dusnik), daughters Halie and Lexi, his mother Linda
Allie and father Chet Tyl (Jane), his sister Holly (Dave) and sister Michele (Dusnik)
Shelton and brother-in-law and friend Richard Shelton.
Patrick was a very proud uncle to Marissa/Connor/Alex (Holly) and Luke
(Richard/Michele).), Great Uncle to Genevieve. He has numerous cousins, a couple of
great lifelong friends from his High School days in James and John. From his recent life,
close friends in Damian/Yvette Flores and Chris/Diane McClure and numerous other
friendships with a lifetime of memories.
After leaving Michigan, he attended college in Arizona where he met his best friend and
wife, Lynn, and where he started his career and family. Eventually, his career took him
to Castle Rock, CO where he has resided since 2010. His girls were his most important
accomplishment and he would brag to anyone who would listen to him tell of their
accomplishments.
Pat graduated from Lakeland High School, Grand Canyon University (B.S.) and
Colorado State University (MBA). Pat had a sharp mind for business. His ability to build
relationships along with a fast, analytic mind provided a successful business career. He
had a couple of highly successful stops in his work life but was proud to call Ewing
home at this stage in his executive career.
Pat loved a good party. Whether it was a concert, tailgating for University of Michigan
football, camping, hosting a party at his house or hanging at The Eagles with so many
friends or always looking forward to sharing a laugh with Gary and Rhonda while there.
He loved to hunt for birds, big game and go fishing with anyone willing to go in the field.
A celebration of life will be held on July 19, 2024 at Fraternal Order of Eagles located at
1300 Caprice Drive, Castle Rock, CO 80109 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations for his
girls college education can be made at https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/y848w1

I would like to offer my condolences to the family. You´re in our thoughts and prayers. When Pat & Lyn moved in across the street, they loved to sit outside on a hot summer night. Often many of the neighbors would join them, including our family. Pat was just a really nice guy and will always remember his kindness.
