Patsy Ruth Lewis, age 87, of Mustang, passed away on July 25, 2024, at her home. Patty, as she was known to friends and family, was born on May 13, 1937, to Lester Leroy and Mary Margaret (Norton) Miller in St. Louis, MO. After high school, Patty married Ron Case and the couple had two sons. Patty was a homemaker.
In 1993, Patty moved to Mustang and married Ronald Lewis. The two enjoyed many wonderful years together.
Patty had a deep and long-lasting love for the St. Louis Cardinals. She enjoyed working in the yard and was always up for a trip to the casino.
Patty is preceded in death by her parents, brothers David Miller and Melvin Miller, and her first husband Ron Case.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ron Lewis; sons, Ronald Case and wife Janice and Gary Case and wife Kim; grandchildren Elisabeth Jane Case, Sara Anne Case Jones, Rachel Lynne Case, and David Christopher Case; great grandchildren Lindsey Marie Jones, Jaxson Andrew Case, and Lilee Ann Case.
Public visitation will take place on Monday, July 29th, from 1-8pm at McNeil's Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 30th, at 10am in the McNeil's Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Mustang Cemetery.
