Patsy "Pat" Ann Stuteville Bell, 84, of Bay Village, passed away at home on Monday, October 20, 2025, with her family by her side.
Pat was born on September 1, 1941, in Kansas City, Kansas, to William Roy Stuteville and Florence Woodell Stuteville. She was the heart of her family and always looked after her children and grandchildren. Pat enjoyed making quilts and belonged to the former Bay Village Methodist Church. She married George Bell in 1965, and together they raised two sons, Shane" and "Duane". Together, they worked hard to provide for their family and taught their sons the same work ethic.
Pat is survived by her husband of 60 years, George Bell of the home, sons, William "Shane" Bell and wife Tanna of Cherry Valley, Guy "Duane" Bell and wife Teresa of Bartlett, Tennessee, brother, Bobby Stuteville of Kansas City, Kansas, sisters, Carol Pierce of Kansas City, Kansas, Barbara Quern of Minnesota. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Shana, Chris, Caleb, Annie, and Danny and great grandchildren, Christopher,
"C. J". Bell, Jameson Barney, Penelope Bell, and Madelyn "Maddy" Bell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Roy and Florence Stuteville and siblings, Rosemary, Alice Zurn, Ruth Pierce, Bernadine Hart, Willie Stuteville and Bernie Stuteville.
Visitation will be held at Kernodle Funeral Home, Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11 AM at Kernodle Funeral Funeral with burial in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to the Bay Village Fire Department or Bay Village Cemetery.
