Paul Edward Buskirk

Grovetown, GA- Graveside Services for Paul Edward Buskirk, 77, who entered into rest October 26, 2024, will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pastor David Stockton officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the cemetery.
Mr. Buskirk was born November 12, 1946, in Sugar Grove, OH to the late Warren Guy and Mary Margaret Wolfe Buskirk. He lived in the Augusta area for over 50 years. Mr. Buskirk was a US Army Vietnam Veteran serving in the communications unit and retired as a manager from Wingfoot in 2014. He was an active member of the Shriner's, where he played Santa at the Burn Unit and for those who were homebound. Mr. Buskirk enjoyed traveling, taking cruises and camping with his wife, Judy. One of their most memorable trips was to Blarney Stone in Ireland. He was a knife, pink depression glass, steins and pocket watch collector and was known for having a green thumb when gardening. Mr. Buskirk was known for his good judge of character, his generous heart and a man of many talents. He will be remembered as wonderful husband, father, Poppy and Pop to all that loved him.
Mr. Buskirk is predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Judy Smith Buskirk; a daughter, Jena Morris; two brothers, Ronald Wayne Buskirk and Warren Wesley Buskirk. Survivors include two daughters, Diana (Ramon) Medina and Paula (Brian) Marchildon; a son, Gary Morris; seven grandchildren, Erin Ortiz, Christina Medina Bowen, Brittany Medina, Abram Morris, Josh Morris, Christian Marchildon and Abigail Marchildon; two great-grandchildren, Aiden Bowen and Alyssa Bowen; a brother, Harry Allen Buskirk and a sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn "Jean" Buskirk and Jim Campbell.
Pallbearers will be Gary Morris, Angel Benitez, Dee Creswell and Josh Morris.
