Paul Dimmett Obituary

Paul worked as a Sheet Metal Worker at Local #20 up until retirement in 2011. He graduated from Evansville North High School. He was recognized in the Hoosier All-Decade football team for the state of Indiana for the 1971-1972 season. He was a talented musician; he enjoyed singing and playing guitar. He was often found turkey and duck hunting, fishing, and spending time in the outdoors.
Paul is survived by his children David Dimmett (Joanie Schifano), Kasey Dimmett (Fallon Bonnell), Jaron Dimmett (Erica); grandchildren Lydon, Cain, Drew, Eden, Clover; siblings Dan Dimmett, James Dimmett, and Glenn Givens; numerous extended family and friends; a carton of cigarettes and a can of Pepsi.
There will be no services at this time.

I knew Paul for many years and am sorry to hear that he has passed away. I will always be thankful for the times we spent together watching movies and going to the casino. Paul was a great guy who was always willing and ready to help others. I will never forget the time our dog ran away and we were frantically looking everywhere for her. Paul found her for us. I hope you find happiness on your future journeys Paul.
