Following college, Paul’s dedication and perseverance led him to walk on to the Denver Broncos NFL team.

Paul went on to have a successful 30-year career as a division manager in the spirits industry. He played a key role in expanding the presence of Franzia Wines in New England and also worked with Monsieur Henri Wines, a division of Pepsi Cola, before contributing to the significant growth of Don Sebastiani Vineyards throughout the region. His achievements were recognized with numerous industry awards and accolades. He and his wife, Lynne Mautner Eliopoulos, settled in Westboro, MA, where they built a life and home together over the past 48 years.
