Paul L. Heggan of North Wales, Pa., formerly of Moorestown passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday July 28, 2025 at the age of 90. He was born in Waterford Twp., NJ on May 31, 1935 to the late Alexander and Mary Heggan. Paul was a longtime resident of Moorestown, and served in the National Guard. He was a retired plumber and had worked for Albert Ellis Plumbing in Moorestown. Paul enjoyed working on jigsaw puzzles and was formerly an avid hunter. He took pleasure in watching the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles and was happy spending time at home.
Beloved husband of the late MaryJane Heggan (nee Haines), loving father of David (Diane) Heggan, Ricky (Christine) Heggan and the late Vicky Jane Hodes, cherished grandfather of Rachael (Robert), David (Marjorie), Michael (Judy), Sean, Brandon (Maria), Taylor, and Mark, adoring great grandfather of 5, brother of the late Edward, Mary, Alexander, Doris and Charles, Paul is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Friday August 1, 2025, 10-11 AM at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME, 38 N. Forklanding Road, Maple Shade. Paul's funeral service will follow 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
