TEWKSBURY: Paul C. McNaught, age 91, a longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at the Blaire House of Tewksbury, following an extended illness.
He was the beloved husband of Ruby N. (Welch) McNaught, who passed away on July 3, 2018.
Born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada on October 30, 1933, he was the son of the late Alexander R. McNaught and the late Mary E. (Mallett) McNaught.
Paul was the father of Kathy L. Sweeney and her husband James, of Rochester, NH Paula "Crickett" O' Donnell and her late husband Kevin O' Donnell, of Methuen, Kevin D. McNaught, of Portsmouth, NH, and the late Paul C. McNaught, Jr. and Pamela J. Bourque. Brother of Alexander R. McNaught, of Brockton, Kathleen S. Patton and her late husband Richard, of Bourne, Jeanne Lamphier and her late husband Robert, of Nashua, NH, Sandra M. Occhino and her husband John, of Belmont, Donald J. McNaught, of Tewksbury, Robert L. McNaught and his late wife Maria, of Merrimack, NH, Stephen McNaught and his wife Jean, of Weymouth, and the late Thomas D. McNaught and his surviving wife Jo-Ann, of Tewksbury. He leaves numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Calling hours are Monday, March 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee Street, Tewksbury, immediately followed by a prayer service to be held in the funeral home. Services will conclude with interment at Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East Street, Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
