Paul Ralph Morvay

Paul Ralph Morvay, age 85, of Clymer, NY, passed away at UPMC Hamot on Thursday, November 10, 2022. Paul was born in Union City, PA on October 10, 1937, the son of the late Michael and Sabina (Zilak) Morvay.
Paul was a 1954 graduate of Wattsburg High School and a veteran of the US Army National Guard. He worked as a dairy farmer prior to a 24-year career with Erie Coke, from where he retired. Paul was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, trapping, gardening, crosswords, and handing out tracts.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by one brother, Edward Morvay; and one sister, Sadie Morvay.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 57 years, Claudia (Moedt) Morvay; three children: Daniel Morvay (Starr), Stephen Morvay (Danielle), and Rebekah Martens (Mark); five grandchildren: Christopher, Andrew, Johnathon, Benjamin, and Madison; and one sister, Mary Ann Morvay.
Family and friends are warmly invited to call at the Dusckas-Taylor Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 5151 Buffalo Rd. (at Hannon Rd. in Harborcreek), on Monday from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 PM and are invited to attend the Funeral Service there on Tuesday at 10 AM, to be conducted by the Reverend Gary Darnell, Pastor, Harmony Baptist Church. Following the service, Paul will be laid to rest at Maplewood Cemetery of Hatch Hollow. Memorial contributions may be designated to Harmony Baptist Church, 2067 Old Wattsburg Rd, Waterford, PA 16441.
