I first met Paul as a high school student. I went to Conestoga in Berwyn, Paul was at Friends School. At Penn State Paul was a legacy to my fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi. His brother Dean was a member. Alas, he decided to go to Beta Theta Pi. Next he became the Nittany Lion mascot. In high school we dated some of the same girls.
I met one of the girls at a PSU vs USC game in LA several years ago (Rene Ohara) and we shared memories of Paul.
It is sad to read the obituary of anyone especially people who shared our distant past and fond memories.
