Paula DeVos Obituary

Paula S. DeVos (Grannemann), 67, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away June 14, 2024.

Paula was born October 12, 1956 in Cooperstown, NY to Paul and Bea Granneman. She married her beloved Karl on May 31, 2002.

Paula, known as “Suey,” to her friends and family graduated from Martin County High School before attending the National College Chiropractic. She also took classes in Real Estate, Nutrition and attended X-Ray Tech School. She used the skills she learned to become a Chiropractic Assistant and X-Ray Tech. 

Paula enjoyed encouraging transplant patients who were scared and awaiting surgery as well as new transplant patients. 

Paula loved cooking, baking, hiking, gardening, and fishing. She also enjoyed art and painting.

She is survived by her sons, Andrew Lawson of Port St. Lucie, FL; Bryan and Maria Lawson of Deltona, FL and Karl DeVos Jr of Port St. Lucie, FL, and her beloved grandchildren, Samuel and Clara Lawson. She will be forever missed by her husband of 22 years, Karl of Port St. Lucie, FL. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, brother, George and Vicki Grannemann, of Tennessee and their daughters, Sarah and Jessica; sister, Mark and Martha Fourraker of Kentucky; brother, Mike and Debbie Grannemann of South Carolina and their daughter, Samantha. She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Bea Grannemann. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 10AM to 11AM with a Memorial Service to start at 11AM at the Haisley Tribute Center 2041 SW Bayshore Blvd Port St. Lucie, FL 34984.
