Paula Faye Oliver Kincaid Obituary
Paula was born in Frankfort in 1949 to Paul Phelps Oliver and Carolyn Kelly Oliver. She graduated from Shelbyville High School and was retired from Kentucky State Government. Paula cherished Christian music and loved to sing at church. She was a member of Shelbyville Church of God. A very loving and devoted grandmother, she was also very talented at quilting and crafting.
Paula is survived by her husband of 45 years, Stanley "June" Kincaid III; her daughter, Betsy Carole Workman; and five grandchildren, Brooklyn Sloan, Charity Sloan, Makayla Sloan, R.J. Workman and Ryland Workman. She is also survived by a brother, Kelly Oliver (Vickie) and a sister, Debbie Chambers (Gary).
A Celebration of Paula's Life is planned for a later date.
