Paula O'Connor, 53, had her life taken from her during the early hours of Sunday, January 29th.
Paula was known to bring joy to those around her, love life, laugh, and make others laugh.
Paula spent her life as a wonderful mother first, and as a career hairstylist at her salon. She leaves behind a loving family, and many friends and clients.
While raising three children of her own with their Father Shawn O'Connor, she also took in and loved multiple foster children, including Amber and Christine Kaslow, and Miranda Young.
Paula's love for Family extended to her Grandchildren. Paula never missed a chance to speak about how proud she was of her children and grandchildren. Often visiting her daughter and her grandchildren in Florida, and her son and granddaughter in Indianapolis.
Paula loved her time spent Up North at her families ancestral property on Glade lake. Even desiring to be laid to rest there, with other family. She had plans and dreams for her land, and was working to improve and develop it. She had artistic talents for design, decorating, renovation, and painting. As well as a passion for food and cooking.
Paula is preceded in death by her Mother Joanne Christensen and joins her there in the presence of the Lord. She is survived by her Father Thomas Christensen, Siblings Christopher, Curtis, and Kimberly Christensen, Sons Weston and Avery O'Connor, Daughter Cossette Garcia-Gomez, Grandchildren Liberty and Jedaiah Garcia-Gomez, and Granddaughter Terry O'Connor. As well as Paula's Fiance Steven Nickisch, Christopher's Wife Ruth (Kispert) Christensen, and Kimberly's Partner Tammy Frank.
Friends and family are invited for a visitation 4-7 pm, Wednesday Feb 8th, with a 7 pm service, at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, East Town, 2379 E Mason St, in Green Bay, WI.
