She is survived by her husband Larry Sitzes of Pontoon Beach; brothers, Kevin Lewis of Glen Carbon and Robert and Dottye Moore of Elizabethtown, KY and best friend, Shelly Bettorf of Granite City.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Mark Lewis, William Lewis and Rick Lewis.

Paula was a great woman!!!!! She was a warrior, she fought battles that most couldn't. She will be tremendously missed for her courage and confidence.
