Paula Joyce Sundstrom

Paula Joyce (Hicks) Sundstrom, 58, of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 1, 2022. She was the loving wife of the late Frank Joseph Sundstrom and the loving mother of the late Mitchell J. Sundstrom and the late Matthew J. Sundstrom.

Born in Providence, Paula was the daughter of Theresa M. (Lamontagne) Hicks and the late Howard C. Hicks, Jr. She worked as a CNA at Greenwood House in Warwick for most of her life and was a wonderful mother, wife, and sister. She will be remembered for her strength, love, and kindness and will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved siblings, Linda Ricciotti of Bristol, Gail Raimondo (Paul) of South Carolina, and Shirley Teague (Ronald) of Coventry, her devoted mother-in-law, Anna Sundstrom of Coventry, her four brothers-in-law whom she adored, Bob, John, Bill, and Jim and her loving nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Services will be private.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick.
