Peggy Jane Curtis, of Covington, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the age of 82. Mrs. Curtis, a devoted wife, mother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. Married to her beloved husband, Bubba, for 66 years, she was a selfless woman who always put others first. She cherished her family above all and found joy in the simple pleasures of life - spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, and tending to her garden. Her generous spirit and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Wilson and Amanda Jewel Skelton; and her dog, Holly.
Survivors include her husband, Bubba Curtis; daughters, Christy Curtis and Lynne Johnson, Cindy and Wade Kite; sons and daughter-in-law , Chuck and Michelle Curtis, Chad Curtis;
Grandchildren, Kristopher Kite, Marcus Kite, Karley Curtis, Kayla Johnson; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews; as well as her brother and sister-in-law, Carlton and Rhonda Wilson.
Per her request, no funeral service will be held. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
