I have known Peggy all my life. She was a good friend of my sister Shelby Milburn (RIP). I remember Peggy was such a kind, big hearted person. She had tolerance for Shelby´s little sisters even when Shelby didn´t. As I grew older, I always knew Peggy as a gentle soul. Rest in peace Peggy and I hope you and Shelby find each other and pick up where you left off. I´m sure by now she can fill you in on all the gossip and I´m sure you will lend her a listening ear just like you always did
