With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Penelope (Penny) Tipton, aged 67, on 7 June 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family as she peacefully departed this life.
Born in Hamilton Ohio, Penny led a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband Craig, and together they shared 30 years of cherished memories and mutual support.
As a mother, Penny was a beacon of strength and guidance to her three children and two stepchildren. She poured her heart and soul into nurturing them, instilling values of kindness, perseverance, and compassion that will endure for generations to come.
The true joy of Penny's life, however, was found in the embrace of her ten precious grandchildren. She delighted in every moment spent with them, showering them with affection, wisdom, and boundless love. Her legacy will live on through the indelible impact she made on each of their lives.
Beyond her role within her family, Penny was known for her being kind and welcoming. She proved many times over the years that she would go above and beyond to help those around her.
In her passing, Penny leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. While we mourn her loss deeply, we take comfort in the knowledge that she has been reunited with loved ones who preceded her in death, and that her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Livestrong Foundation for cancer research in her honor.
May Penny’s memory be a blessing to us all. She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
