Our beloved Peter Bienasz, 23, tragically left us on October 24, 2024 due to a fatal motorcycle accident.
Peter was born in New Britain, Connecticut, on July 30, 2001. He was the son of Ewa and Tadeusz Bienasz. Peter grew up in Plainville and graduated from Plainville High School in 2019. He spent several years cultivating his skills and crafting alongside his father doing masonry work. Peter felt a newfound sense of purpose and determination, as he was enrolled in Central Connecticut State University to pursue a degree in electrical engineering.
Peter's life was short but fulfilling. Peter had a zest for life, a captivating presence and brought comfort to all those around him. Known as a "class clown", his laughter was radiating and he effortlessly brought smiles and warmth to others. He was always curious and inquisitive. Peter had a desire to learn from people and the world around him; with deep empathy, he valued understanding their beliefs and perspectives. Faith and spirituality enthralled him and led him to fostering a close and heartfelt connection with God.
Peter was always willing to help wholeheartedly, without hesitation; acting as a right-hand at home. Peter had many hobbies including handiwork, dissecting and rebuilding electronics, brewing beer and making delicious kombucha. He was known for his moves on the dance floor, making sure every grandmother, aunt and lady had her turn. Peter had a welcoming and special way of bringing loved ones together. His illuminating smile and warm aura will never be forgotten.
Peter is survived by his mother, Ewa Bienasz, father, Tadeusz Bienasz, his brother, Paul Bienasz, his sister, Emily Szarejko, his brother-in-law, Eric Szarejko, as well as many friends and family who love him and will miss him greatly. A catholic mass will be held at Holy Cross Church in New Britain on October 30, 2024 at 10 am. Family and friends are invited to pray with the family starting at 9 am. He will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
Peter had a deep love for reptiles, especially his lizard, Dodo. In lieu of flowers, Peter and his family would appreciate donations to be made towards a reptile sanctuary. We invite you to join the "In Memory of Peter Bienasz" Facebook group where the family will announce where donations dedicated in Peter's name can be made. We encourage Peter's loved ones and friends to share memories that commemorate him.

I had the pleasure to teach Peter at Frank T. Wheeler Elementary School. I remember Peter as smart good sense of humor and helpful to classmates. My sincere thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
