So sorry to hear of Pete's passing. I remember Pete from Park Ave, across the street from my grandparents (Helen and Ed Newlands) in Suffern.

Will always remember Pete struggling to get up the stairs with a wet vac during hurricane Ian. He was dressed in a yellow rain slicker, very wet and on his way to help us with a tremendous leak on our lanai. He stayed for 2 hours with the storm raging outside.

Deeply saddened to hear of Pete's sudden passing. We will always remember him as a neighbor, friend and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever needed. His tremendous contribution to our community will be greatly missed. Our hearts and support go out to his devoted wife Mary. Rest in peace dear friend.
