Peter Mukhtar Obituary
Peter Elias Mukhtar passed away September 9th, 2023 at the age of 37. He was born in Warren, Michigan on October 31st, 1985.
Loving husband of Ashley (nee: Ruskowski) Mukhtar; beloved son of Ghassan and Nadia (nee: Ateek) Mukhtar; adored brother of Paul and Patrick; cherished son-in-law of Steven (Deborah Cory) and Carol Ruskowski; and grandson of the late Ramzi and the late Tawitha Mukhtar, the late George and the late Mary Ateek.
Peter is also survived by many loving family and friends; he will be missed by all who knew him. He had an infectious smile and laugh, and he lived life to the fullest.
"Although our hearts are broken and nothing will ever be the same again, but as God calls us one by one our hearts will start to mend."
Visitation Thursday, September 14, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. sharing service at Wysocki & Wilk Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan. Instate Friday, September 15, from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church, 25585 Berg Road, Southfield, Michigan. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan.
