Florence – Philip "Phil" T. AuBuchon, 87, of Florence, Wisc., passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Phil was born on October 10, 1937, in Dane, Wisc., to the late John and Frances (Biwersi) AuBuchon.
He attended St. Michaels and Holy Redeemer Catholic Schools in Milwaukee, Wisc., and graduated from Custer High School in Milwaukee. He served in the United States Army from 1955 until his honorable discharge in 1958. Phil met Dianne Witter and they married in 1977. He worked for the United States Postal Service for thirty-eight years.
Phil loved to enjoy a good cup of coffee on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeders. He enjoyed rides on the pontoon, fishing, golfing, time with family and friends, especially on the 4th of July, and was an avid sports fan for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, and University of Wisconsin.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dianne (Witter) AuBuchon; his children, David AuBuchon, Michelle (Tim) Terrill, Philip AuBuchon, and Aimee (Don) Brown; grandchildren, Desmond AuBuchon, Abigail AuBuchon, Eli AuBuchon, Abryelle (David) Brent, Braelyn Terrill, Liliana Brown; and two great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Philip's wishes, no formal services will be held.
