Philip Anthony Borelli, 56, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.
Born February 24th, 1967 in Mineola, NY, Phil was the eldest child of Anthony and Barbara Borelli. He grew up in Garden City, NY. Phil went on to receive a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of New Hampshire. Phil had made NH his home, ever since.
Anyone who had ever met Phil knew he was a special guy. His infectious laugh, kind eyes, warm heart, and soulful spirit left an everlasting footprint on all of our hearts. Phil spent several years traveling the US and beyond as an avid triathlete competing in several Iron Man events, the World Games, and the esteemed NYC Marathon. Beyond his years as an elite athlete, Phil evolved into an accomplished businessman building Community Landscape Company, LLC from the ground up. After selling his business in 2021 to pursue other passions he was often found helping others in, and about, the town of Wolfeboro, NH. His love of life was only exceeded by the love of his children Anthony, Philip, Kiah, and Gianna.
Phil is survived by his former wife, Catherine Kiah, and their children Anthony, Philip, Kiah, Gianna; brother Anthony (Danielle); sister Christina (Justin) and his beloved nieces and nephews, Anthony and Kaela Borelli; Colin, Owen, and Avery Lynch; Thomas Kiah; Nicholas, Emily, and Nathan Kiah.
A service will be held honoring Philip’s life at St Katharine Drexel Parish in Alton, NH on November 17th, 2023 at 11:00am. A celebration of life will follow at the Wolfeboro Inn from 1:00 - 5:00pm.
