I deployed with Phil on many occasions. It always struck me what a kind and caring guy he was, always putting the people in need first, always going above and beyond to help his patients. Phil gave his all every time, every situation, even when it wasn´t the easy answer. Taken way soon, you have left an indelible mark in this world, it´s a better place because you were here! Your mission is completed brother, rest easy, we have it from here. My thought and prayers to all Phil´s family and friends!
