Philip Louis Sebulsky

Philip Louis Sebulsky, age 82 of Wheeling, WV passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. He was born November 22, 1942 in Wheeling, WV the son of the late Louis and Cecilia Bott Sebulsky. He was a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and West Liberty State College. Philip was the owner/operator and President of Sebulsky Industries and a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church in Elm Gove. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Raynor and David Sebulsky; and a sister, Sylvia Rutledge. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Linda Crossland Sebulsky; a daughter, Christine (Joseph) Pedelose of Wheeling; three sons, Mark (Jill) Sebulsky of NC, Jeff (Courtney) Sebulsky of Winchester, KY and Micheal Sebulsky of Louisville, KY; a brother, Ron Sebulsky of Wheeling; five grandchildren, Tyler, Anita, Jacob, Harper, and Saul; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Madelyn; and several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Rd. Bethlehem/Wheeling, WV with Fr.
