Phillip Binns Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors on Jan. 3, 2026.
Phillip Binns, 58, of Pine Bluff, was a beloved man who had many passions including the Bible, music, old movies and crime dramas on television.
He went to be with the Lord Saturday, December 27, 2025.
Phillip was born July 2, 1967, in Pine Bluff and was later adopted by Clarence and Nellie Davis Binns.
He was reared and received his early education in Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1985.
Phillip was a long-time member of Full Counsel Church of Pine Bluff and recently converted his membership to Hazel Street Church of Christ.
His passion for music included country and western as well as Christmas music and Phillip was known for playing his music loudly on his stereo system. Phillip enjoyed collecting little trucks and 18 wheelers. He was meticulously organized and everything had its place. Phillip was also a hard worker. Whether it was yard work or helping others, Phillip always did what he could for others and was gracious and respectful to everyone he encountered.
Along with his adopted parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Abraham Standfield and Dilan Standfield; and Cliff Taylor, Sr. and Mary Taylor.
Survivors include his mother, Ruthel Curry of Pine Bluff; sister, Faye Reeves of Pine Bluff; auntie, Ruby Rogers of Pine Bluff; uncle, Cliff Taylor of San Francisco, California; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Funeral Service will be 5:30 p.m., January 6, 2026, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Mr. Lee Elkins officiating. Burial will be private in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

When I first met Phillip, my sister Loretta Green had brought him to our friends and family day! Phillip was a very mannerable and respectful young man. Phillip you will be missed but God has you now and there's no more paining and suffering. Rest in God's love
