Phillip “Phil” Munoz, age 60, of Fond du Lac, went to his heavenly home in the early hours of Thursday, September 25, 2025. He was born on July 27, 1965, in Fond du Lac, the son of Karen (Worm) Munoz. On April 20, 1990, he married Sandra Henry at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac.
Phil had a passion for collecting and restoring antiques, especially shaving items and cast-iron cookware. He had a deep love for his pets and found joy in caring for them. Above all, Phillip was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the Packers, and most importantly, being a Papa to granddaughter, Mila. Phil will be remembered as a good, hardworking man who loved deeply and was deeply loved in return.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy Munoz; two daughters, Kyra (Andrew) Haas and Angelica Munoz; and granddaughter, Mila Haas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Munoz; and two brothers, Dean Munoz and Joe Munoz.
The visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1600 South Main Street, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935 and again on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at church. The memorial service will follow the visitation at church at 11:00 AM on Thursday. Burial will follow at Rosendale Cemetery. Cremation has taken place.
