Peanut is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tammy Dowd Pace, children, Justin Pace, Sara Pace and Ethan Pace, brothers, Ricky Pace and wife Billie and Billy Pace, mother in law, Mikki McQuillan and husband Gregory, father in law, Alexander Dowd, sister in law, Kristina Kelley, one nephew, Stephen Pace and wife Kristen, fur babies, Zeus, Knox and Dixie and numerous extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Audrey Pace, brother in law, Alex Dowd and sister in law, Bonnie Babin and furbaby, Skylar.

Peanut was a 1987 graduate of Silliman Institute. He traveled for men's slow pitch softball for at least 10 years. He was an avid golfer. He loved spending time with his family and friends but most of all loved his weekly Saturday dates with his wife. He will always be remembered for his warm smile.

Revelation 21:4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."
