Born on April 30, 1960, in St. Ives, England, UK, Phillip brought with him a spirit of resilience and craftsmanship that would define his life. Over the years, he built a respected career in Construction Management and was a skilled and talented landscaper. His work shaped not only the land but also the lives of those who appreciated his artistry and dedication to his craft.
Phillip served his country with honor and distinction. He fought in the first Gulf War and Afghanistan during his 15 years of combined service in the Army and National Guard. His commitment to duty and country was unwavering, and his military service remains a source of pride for those who knew him.
Family was central to Phillip's life. He is lovingly remembered by his sons Scott Staggs and Jonathon Staggs; daughters-in-law Cheyenne Staggs and Mary Staggs; and granddaughters Chloe Staggs, Madeline Staggs, Jane Staggs, and Riley Staggs. He also leaves behind his brothers David Staggs and Greg Staggs as well as sister Beverly Ventura. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents.
Phillip's legacy lives on through the landscapes he shaped, the family he cherished, and the values he upheld throughout his life. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
