Phyllis Jean Rolle Lambert (91) of Clinton passed away, February 8, 2026, at Vermillion Convalescent Center. Born, May 11, 1934, to Domenic Rolle and Margaret Grayless Rolle. She retired from Eli Lilly and Company. Phyllis was a member of Kappa Delta Phi Sorority, Democrat Women’s Club, and former Clerk-Treasurer of Fairview Park and Sacred Heart Church - Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Thomas Dale Lambert (September 16, 2004) whom she married May 23, 1953. Son; Michael Domenic Lambert (December 17, 2023). One Sister; Betty Jewell Mattsey
Phyllis is survived by daughter-in-law: Debbie Kay Lambert of Clinton. Her daughter and son-in-law; Tomi Jean and David John of Clinton. Grandchildren; Megan Elizabeth Pieczynski and her husband John, Andrea Irene John and Mika Kay Stowe. Great grandchildren; Cora June John and Michael James Stowe, Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Giovanini Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 AM, with Fr. Joby Puthussery officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery
