Phyllis G. Mayse

Phyllis G. (Warren) Mayse, 87, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the Heritage Center.
Phyllis was born in Haubstadt, Indiana on January 30, 1938 to the late Ralph and Sylvia Ellen (Fulton) Warren. She was a graduate of Haubstadt High School and retired from Aramark after many years of service. Phyllis was a faithful member of Northside Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ. She was very neat and orderly and an immaculate housekeeper. Phyllis adored her family and friends, especially spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Madonna Sigler (Steve) of Evansville, IN; sons, Jeffery Mayse (Ellen) of Evansville, IN, Kevin Mayse of Evansville, IN and Bryan Mayse of Evansville, IN; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jessie Alice Cousert; and her brother, Jerry Allan Warren.
A celebration of Phyllis' life will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave., Evansville, IN 47711 with Pastor Jason Lawson officiating. A private burial will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 1:00 pm until service time on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Browning Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for final funeral expenses.
