Phyllis was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Simons, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and companionship.
She is survived by her sons, Clifford Lee Bell and his wife Chona, and Alvin Lee Bell and his partner Christie. She was a proud grandmother to Clifford Lee Bell Jr., married to Breanna, and Crystal McCrady, sister Janice Snyder, and a cherished great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren.
Phyllis will be remembered for her quiet strength, deep love for her family, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the hearts and lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 11am, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
