Preston Gumm Obituary
Preston A. Gumm 84 years old went to be with his Lord on 3/20/25 in Farmington New Mexico. Preston was born 5/10/40 in Mesa, Arizona by Ted and Evelyn Gumm. Preston was drafted in the Army and served three years for our country. He had a 15 year career with El Paso Natural Gas Company; as a Well Tech in the Blanco Field. He belonged to the San Juan, Gem and Mineral Club and was a founding member. Preston loved music, reading, movies and fishing. Preston was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Evelyn Gumm and brother Jim Gumm and Bill Gumm. He is survived by his wife, Linda Gumm; daughter, Tamara Gumm, grandchildren; Lefon Prince, Nicole Gumm and Estrella Prince and brother Lester Young. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, March 27 at 10 AM at Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to Linda Gumm by calling 505-327-9930 in lieu of flowers.
