Quan Hong Nguyen, of Pearl River, Louisiana, passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 33. Born on August 11, 1991, in Galang, Indonesia, Quan is the cherished son of Yen Hong Nguyen and Dep Thi Lam. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Mai Nguyen, and a proud father of his two month old daughter, Nova Nguyen. Quan also leaves behind one brother, Sang Nguyen, and a host of extended family members and friends, all of whom he loved greatly. His family was his pride and joy, and he dedicated himself to their happiness and well-being.
Quan's was a graduate of Xavier University, which paved the way for his future professional endeavors. He found his calling in sales, a profession that allowed his natural charm and genuine interest in people to flourish. As a salesman at Sherwin Williams, Quan was not just a favorite among his colleagues but also deeply respected by his clients for his integrity and service.
Those who had the pleasure of meeting Quan often remarked on his ability to make anyone feel like an old friend. His infectious smile and genuine interest in the lives of others allowed him to leave a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Quan's presence was a source of comfort and joy to his family, friends, and acquaintances alike.
Quan's interests were deeply rooted in the simple pleasures of life. He found joy in taking care of his wife and daughter, ensuring that their home was filled with laughter and love. His friendly nature was not just a personal trait but a way of life that he embraced wholeheartedly. Quan's legacy is one of compassion and love, and his memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Audubon Funeral Home in Slidell.
