Rachel, 56, of Saint Paul, passed away peacefully on June 22,2025.35 years of Minnesota State Service.
Rachel was a passionate cook, a film and romantic novel enthusiast, and a true Cancer who found peace near the water. She cherished warm family moments filled with laughter, storytelling, and plenty of food. Rachel lived with heart, resilience, and grit. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the strength of her children, the joy of her grandchildren, and the many lives she touched simply by being herself.
Preceded in death by her father Jose F.Mancha, mother Olivia Mares, baby brother Ignacio Mancha and ex husband Michael Prokop.
Survived by her children Haili, Roman, Zoë and honorary pet son Oso. Grandchildren Alonso, Brooklyn, Leo, Tate and Gustavo.
A Celebration of Life will be announced soon
