Ralph Jerry Crouse

Mr. Ralph “Jerry” Crouse, 83, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Davie Nursing & Rehab. Jerry was born in Forsyth County on January 26, 1943, to the late Ralph Joe and Delma Iona Fawlkes Crouse. He retired from Vulcan Materials with 41 years of service. Jerry loved to play golf and fly model airplanes you flew by wire. Preceding him in death was his loving wife whom he dearly missed, Mareia Bradshaw Crouse, grandson, Sean Michael and a sister, Bobbie Jo Eidson. Surviving is a son, Allen Crouse (Manya); two daughters, Tonya Crouse and Michelle Crouse; eight grandchildren, Matthew Crouse, Andrew Crouse, James Crouse, Ronnie Overby, Shane Overby, Brittney Overby Heiman, Summer Smith, and Nicholas Shafer; 12 great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty Lou Crouse. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Mocks Church with Pastor Gary Marshall officiating. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
