Sandy worked for Delta Airlines for 40 years until his retirement. He was a devoted Tennessee Volunteers fan, and he loved traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Vickie Mitchell Hair; their daughter, Heather Hair Neeley; son-in-law, Ralph Neeley; grandsons, Knox Neeley and Wyatt Neeley; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors. Those who wish may sign the online guest registry at www.cannonclevelandfunerals.com. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, 770-914-1414.
