Randall was in the Alabama Army National Guard, 31st Armored Brigade, Oneonta, AL, from 1972 to 1983. He worked as a supply chain manager with Southern Alabama Power and Nuclear Company from 1978, until his retirement in 2014. He played golf frequently, had a passion for fishing, and was a music lover, especially the band, Few Miles South.
Left to always remember him are his wife of 40 years, Debbie P. Collins; son, Nicholas Lee Collins and wife Meghan of Headland, AL; stepsons, Blake English and companion Tori, Shane Driver and wife Susan, both of Blakely, GA; brother, Roger Darwin Collins and wife Debbie of Union Grove, AL; sister, Sarah Renea Lamb and husband Tim of Oneonta, AL; grandchildren, Greer and Cam Collins; niece, Tracy Boullion and her husband Gary and great nephew, Tucker Boullion.
