Randall (Randy) Joel Rehwoldt of Grand Junction, CO, was born March 16, 1949 and passed away November 15, 2022 at the age of 73. He was born in Longmont, CO to Victor John Carl Rehwoldt and Marjorie Florence Rehwoldt. He married the love of his life, Ellen Louise Parrish, on September 15, 1973.
Randy grew up in Longmont, CO and attended Colorado State University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in math education. He was a teacher for many years in District 51. After retiring from teaching, Randy enjoyed working at Radio Shack and Sears in product control. He was an active member of the Lions Club since 1975, where he deeply cared about supporting scholarships for youth pursuing college education. He was also an active member of both the Fruita #120 and Grand Junction #173 Masonic Lodges, as well as the Scottish Rite, having served in the past as a Master of Lodge #173. Randy was a wonderful storyteller, gardener, world traveler and a life-long learner.
Randy was a proud husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Rehwoldt of Grand Junction, CO, daughters Danielle Bangs of Saratoga, WY, Katrina (Brian) Goodwill of Ann Arbor, MI, Courtney Rehwoldt of Seneca, SC, and Carla (Joseph) Sullivan of Strasburg, CO. He had 10 grandchildren.
A life celebration will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Randy's honor may be made to Grand Junction Masonic Lodge #173 at 2400 Consistory Ct, Grand Junction, Co 81501.
