CHURCH HILL – Randall Martin Seaver, 69, went home to be with the Lord and entered his heavenly home on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness.
Randall was born in Kingsport, TN on August 31, 1955, to his parents, Ottie and Blanche (Cassell) Seaver. Randall loved the Lord, and he attended Westview Baptist Church in Kingsport. Randall traveled with and played the bass for the Crusaders Gospel Quartet. He started at WMCH Radio right out of high school and worked there for 20+ years. He worked many years for JCPenny in the suit department and worked for the City of Church Hill for a few years before retiring. Randall worked at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home for 15+ years, and over the years has helped countless families through some of their darkest days. He was a wonderful God-fearing man who would do anything for anyone and has made many friends throughout the years and he loved them all dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Paul, George, Carl, Winton, and Robert Seaver; and his sister, Marilyn Wagers.
Randall is survived by his brothers, Hugh Seaver (Glenda), and James Seaver (Susie); as well as many nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Stout officiating.
The family would like to thank the staff at Pizza Plus for their kindness and his friends at the Church Hill Fitness Center. They would also like to thank all Randalls dear friends for their love and care over the years. There are too many to name individually, but just know that he loved you all and appreciated you more than you know.
Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home of Church Hill is honored to serve the family of their dear friend Randall Seaver.
