It is with great sadness that our dear friend Randy Carter passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the age of 77. He was born on September 27, 1947, son of Gerald and June (Toms) Carter. Randy proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam war from 1966 – 1968.

Randy had a few health issues over the last couple of months and was getting tired.

Randy was a graduate of J.W. Sexton High School class of 1965. He worked at AM General LLC as an IT technician for 40 years, retiring in 2010.

Randy is survived by his close friends, Alan Zielonka and David Stutzky. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald "Jerry" and June Carter.

As per Randy's wishes, there will be no viewing or celebration of life, Randy will be laid to rest next to his parents at Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge, MI. For online condolences please visit www.millsfuneral.com
