Randy Lee Kellogg, 67, of Waverly passed away peacefully on December 1, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his mother, Barbara Doane; stepmother, Eunice Kellogg. Randy leaves behind his father, Robert Kellogg; his children, Stacy Rogers and Schuyler (Stacy) Kellogg; siblings, Robin (Dan) Walter, Roxanne (Joe) Schrier, Rosalie Wiggins, Kimberly (Mark) Findley, Amy Homan, Scott Kellogg, Mark (Shari) Kellogg; four grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Randy was born on April 26,1955 in Greenville, SC. He graduated from Owego Free Academy. Randy made many friends while working at Interstate Auto Part, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and most recently, Jim's Marine and Travel. He was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church. Randy was a genius at repairing vehicles. He loved listening to music, reading and spending time with family and friends. He will be sadly missed and we take great comfort in knowing he has gone home to his Lord and Savior. The family would like to thank the staff at Mercy House for the kindness, care and compassion they provided Randy. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 21st from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at the Zion Lutheran Church, 3917 Waverly Rd., Owego, NY. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor, NY. The family is being assisted by the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in Randy L. Kellogg's memory to Mercy House, 212 North McKinley Avenue, Endicott, NY 13760. Condolences may be made to Randy's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.

Dear Bob,
So sorry to hear about Randy.
I am so glad that when Gods work is done with each one of children that we who are His, will once more be reunited with those we love and have gone on before us.
What a glorious day that will be when we get to see our Savior face to face.
