Born May 3rd, 1937 in Dothan, Alabama and died May 13th, 2025 in Fort Pierce, Florida.Survivors: Daughter Carolyn Chambers-Sanders, Dallas-Fort Worth, Tx; Son Ray-Ray Chambers of Pittsburgh, Pa; Wife Jean Chambers of Fort Pierce; Sisters Lillie Tolbert and Annette Richardson of Fort Pierce, Fla; Brother James E. Chambers of Rex, Ga and a Host of Nieces and Nephews.
Predeceased by: His Father and Mother JC & Haydee Chambers; Daughter Brenda Banks and Son Jerald Chambers; Sister Bernice Kinchen; Brothers Douglas, Melvin, Wilson and JB Chambers.Graduated from Lincoln Park Academy c/o 1957; Served several years in the US Army; Retired from Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Fla.He Loved to cook on his grill and listen to music with family and friends.
A gathering will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 3:30-4:00 PM with a service to follow at 4:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, Florida.
