Robin Edward Lillicotch, 75, of Fort Pierce, Florida, passed away on August 21, 2025. He was born on December 7, 1949, in Warren, Ohio, to Floyd Edward and Marylou Lillicotch.
Robin grew up in Manassas, Virginia, where he attended high school and later served his community as a police officer. In the 1970s and 1980s, he became a well-known and charismatic figure in the area, leaving behind countless memories for those who knew him. He went on to serve at the Prince William County Sheriff’s Office, where he was admired for his remarkable character, dedication, and the genuine way he connected with people.
A proud Marine and lifelong supporter of fellow veterans, Robin was also a member of the American Legion. In 2016, he moved to Florida with his wife, Debra, they shared 29 wonderful years together.
Robin loved the outdoors—especially fishing, being on the water, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. He had a passion for racquetball, sports of all kinds, and never missed an opportunity to watch a game. Known for his fun-loving nature, he also enjoyed cooking, spending time with friends, and visiting Archie’s, one of his favorite spots.
He will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, his heart for helping others, and the joy he brought to those around him.
Robin is survived by the love of his life, Debra Lillicotch of Fort Pierce, FL; sons, Christopher (Jacqueline) Lillicotch of New Hampshire and Jeffrey (Laura) Lillicotch of Virginia; siblings, Randall (Kim) Lillicotch of Ocala, FL, Russ Lillicotch of Boynton Beach, FL, Ryan (Piky) Lillicotch of Falls Church, VA, and Renee (Peggy) Lillicotch of Sarasota, FL; grandchildren; and stepchildren, Matthew Delk of Lafayette, LA, and Jennifer (Shawn) Rhynes of Charlotte, NC.
