He was born April 8, 1946 in Charleroi, PA son of the late William and Geraldine Bonnell Mullen.
Ray was a retired steel worker from U.S. Steel and Blaw Knox.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister: Vanessa O'Toole.
Survivors include his longtime companion: Edna Peters; one daughter: Julie Mullen; two grandchildren; four sisters: Michelle Cathers, Desiree Wells, Felicia Kuricko and Celeste Wukovich; one brother: William J. Mullen; aunt: Mildred Roberts; two step-daughters: Pamela Peters and Robin Grandon; one step-son: Gregory Peters and a step-grandson: Brandon Peters; and two cousins, Donnie and Greg Roberts.
Per Ray's request there will be no services.
Arrangements entrusted to Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling.
