Rebecca Stanfill Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jun. 19, 2024.
Rebecca Elisabeth (Hunt) Stanfill, beloved wife, expectant mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 31 on June 16, 2024. She was a radiant soul whose kindness and warmth touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Rebecca was born on January 12, 1993, in Cincinnati, OH. She was very involved in various activities while growing up, including softball, soccer, acting, and tennis. She graduated in the top 10 of her class at Northwest High School and went on to pursue a degree in business from Capital University.
Outside of her career in sales, Rebecca was an avid CrossFitter. She volunteered with Kindway, which is a prison ministry for women and helps with their transition back into society. She cherished spending time traveling and being with friends and family. Her spirit and infectious laughter made every moment spent with her memorable.
Rebecca's passing leaves a profound void in the lives of her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Collin Stanfill, her parents, Fred and Lisa Hunt; her brother and sister-in-law, Rick Hunt and Heidi Olson; as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and a wide circle of close friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Rebecca is joined in heaven by her expected child, Natasha Elisabeth Stanfill, who her family believes would have been the spitting image of her. Natasha was due to join this world on January 11th, 2025.
A celebration of Rebecca's life will be held on June 25, 2024, at Lifepoint Church - Lewis Center, 7404 Graphics Way, Lewis Center, OH 43035. The visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 5:00 PM. There will also be a Catholic Mass on July 2nd in Cincinnati, OH, at St. John Neumann Church 12191 Mill Road, Cincinnati, OH 45240, starting with a visitation from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by the 11:00 AM Mass. On the evening of July 2, there will be a Celebration of Life held at St. Bartholomew Church in the Krumpe Activity Center, 9375 Winton Road, Finneytown, OH 45231, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This will be a time to share stories and remember Rebecca.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lifeline of Ohio organ donation group through whom Rebecca donated her organs, or you may donate to Kindway in Rebecca's honor. If you decide to send flowers, we ask for no lilies (per Rebecca's request).
Rebecca's bright spirit, caring nature, and enduring love for others will continue to inspire all who were touched by her presence. May she rest in eternal peace, knowing she made the world a better place through her kindness and love. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. https://lifelineofohio.org/get-involved/contribute/ https://www.kindway.org/
