In Loving Memory Of Renee Foster
Renee Foster, age 66, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on January 4, 1959, Renee was the daughter of Harold and LaVerne (Dobbs) Diffee. She was a kindhearted and compassionate woman who found joy in helping others bringing warmth and support to many.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, Renee always put her family first. She had a deep love for her children and grandchildren, and her thoughtful spirit shone through in the uplifting messages she frequently shared with her family on Facebook. Renee also enjoyed staying informed by watching Fox News and was a woman of strong faith. She was a longtime member of Harvest Time Church, where her spiritual roots ran deep.
Renee is survived by her beloved children, Steven Foster and Kristen Foster, both of Fort Smith, Arkansas; her cherished grandchildren, Maddison Taylor, Noah Foster, Alexis Foster, and Andrew Altus; and her siblings, Mark Smith, Melody Talmadge, and Nicole Diffee. She also leaves behind her niece, Amanda Blake; nephews, Rick Talmadge and Billy Talmadge; and cousins, Toni Ruark and Rhonda Bethell.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Eugene Smith; and her sister, Deanna Diffee.
Renee will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life for Renee will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7th, 2025, at The Bridge Church, 7607 Howard Hill Road, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
