Renee Alison Weaver Tousaw

In Loving Memory of Mrs. Renee Alison Weaver Tousaw. It is with profound sadness and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Ms. Renee Alison Weaver Tousaw, 65, of DeWitt, New York. Renee peacefully passed away on November 22nd, 2024, at her family home, surrounded by those she held most dear.
Born on November 7, 1959, in Buffalo, New York, Renee was the beloved daughter of Beatrice and Arthur Weaver. She was a gifted tennis player with a passionate zest for life. Renee found great fulfillment in her career in the jewelry industry, where her discerning eye for diamonds and fine jewelry touched countless lives. However, it was her role as a devoted wife and mother that defined her deepest joys.
For over 40 years, she was the cherished and loving wife of Robert J. Tousaw. As a mother, Renee poured her heart and soul into her two children, Courtney Hobin (husband, Scott) and Austin Tousaw (partner, Mackenzie) offering them unwavering love, guidance, and support. Renee was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice and Arthur Weaver. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, remembered with affection by her sister, Jozette Abbott (husband, Jim), younger sister, Shari Weaver; niece, Ashley; and nephew, Jake; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, November 27 at 10 am at Holy Cross Church, DeWitt. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
