Rhonda Gail Allen

Rhonda Gail (Rains) Allen of Durant, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born on Sunday, October 12, 1947 in Durant, Oklahoma to Dortha Dean (Speers) and Leo August Rains.
Rhonda was a longtime resident of Durant, Oklahoma, where she married Louie Allen on September 10, 1965. She attended Armstrong Baptist Church in Caddo, Oklahoma and was the director of the Women's Missionary Union (WMU) for many years. She enjoyed singing in the choir and loved her church and church family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Dortha Dean (Speers) and Leo August Rains; and beloved husband Louie Allen.
Survivors include her sons Brian Allen and wife Angela of Bennington, Oklahoma, Scott Allen of Bennington, Oklahoma; grandchildren Braden Allen and fiancé Kylie Eldridge of Seminole, Oklahoma, Bailee Allen of Durant, Oklahoma, Blake Allen and wife Mindy of Roberta, Oklahoma, Brock Allen and Courtney White of Roberta, Oklahoma, Emery Brook Allen of Durant, Oklahoma; great grandchildren Brynlee Brooks Allen, Rory Becks Allen, Gavin Simmons, Trevyn Simmons; sisters Diane Gastrell, Susie Winn; brothers Tony Rains, Kelly Rains; special friends Steve and Charlene Wylie as well as other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
