Richard Paul Adduce

Richard Paul Adduce died Tuesday Nov 21, 2023 at Community Hospice in Jacksonville FL after a brief unexpected illness. He was 87 years old and recently lost his beloved wife of 65 years, Patricia, in March of this year. Richard and Patricia knew each other all of their lives and both attended and graduated high school in Suffern NY in 1955. Richard served in the US Navy for four years and worked most of his life at Ford Motor Company in Mahwah NJ as a supervisor on the shipping line. Richard was an avid golfer for his entire life and those who knew him know that was his passion. Richard golfed 18 holes just a few days before his passing and is surely seeking yet another hole in one in heaven.
Richard is survived by his son, David, and daughter in law, Lori Adduce of Lititz PA, at whose house he spent the summer months. He is also survived by his daughter, Margaret Adduce of Fernandina Beach, FL, and his three granddaughters, Brittany Adduce, Brandi Keenan and Bridget Adduce as well as his grandson, Samuel Adduce. He had three great grandchildren, Levi and Avery Keenan and Finlay Kirk. Richard has one surviving brother, Alfred, who resides in Phoenix AZ.
There will be no services. A celebration of life dinner will be held Dec 2nd in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Donations to Community Hospice in Jacksonville (or one of your choices) in lieu of flowers is appreciated.
